Recruiter

As a Recruiter with English in Venray, the focus is on finding the right people for roles in manufacturing, logistics, office administration, and engineering. No sales, just recruitment with a focus on quality, speed, and personal contact.

You’ll speak with candidates, check with clients, and ensure that job openings are filled effectively. Sometimes it’s about acting quickly, other times it’s about asking the right questions. Ultimately, it all comes down to one thing: making the right match.

The job requires an overview, communication skills, and a feeling for working with people. Not just on the phone or behind a screen, but especially when interacting with candidates and external parties.

What the role entails

•       Conducting intake interviews and determining where someone will thrive best;

•       Actively searching for and approaching candidates through various channels;

•       Writing job postings and ensuring they are visible to the right target audience;

•       Ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience by effectively guiding candidates through the application process;

•       Maintaining contact with external parties;

•       Recruiting for positions in production, logistics, and engineering;

•       Monitoring developments in the labor market and responding to them.

• A salary between €2,559.54 and €3,759.49 gross per month, depending on your experience;

Who You Are

You easily ask the right questions, maintain a clear overview, and can quickly assess what suits a person.

Practical Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment;

• HBO (higher professional education) level of work and thinking;

• Available for 40 hours per week;

• Proficiency in English at C2 level; Dutch at a minimum B1 level;

  • Proficiency in Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian, or Latvian is a plus;

• Affinity with manufacturing, logistics, or engineering;

• Experience with social media recruitment is a plus;

• You have obtained the SEU certification or are willing to obtain it;

• A local network in the Venray region is a strong plus.
